A year ago if you meet Fizzy you would have met a stressed out coffee chugging spectrum Kanis.Now if you meet him You'll see a relaxed and fun chef.After quitting his job as a high ranking attorney he decide to take a vacation to the Islands. Where he found his passion for cooking bloomed. As he worked his way through restaurant's learning the flavors of the island's he started to notice that parrots were following him. They became his close friends and inspired him to open the tropical cafe in subeta's Delphi region. The food is mix of homemade classics with the spices of the islands scattered through. The parrots are often in the restaurant as it's mascot's and even helped there owner find true love. But there's food to cook and people to serve so that story will have to wait for another day.
