Draco is a particularly bad example of an airship captain. Most of his crew will tell you this, though not to his face.... not because they're worried about any repercussions (he lets them get away with murder) but because, to his credit, he really does try.

Much the opposite of his First Mate, Altair, Draco is raucous, reckless, and stubborn to a fault. He is given to drinking too much, and usually when he drinks, he gets himself in barfights. Usually by the time he leaves a given location, it's on fire.

To his credit, though, Draco is a fantastic marksman, and his skills in actually captaining a ship - when he uses them - are phenomenal. He can guide a ship through the roughest storms, out-maneuver nearly any foe, and frequently manages to get his crew through the worst of times with pure determination and fighting spirit.

If he could only learn to control himself better, the Basilisk might well be the most fearsome ship in the skies...
