He himself is a runaway with no owner, and up to 100,000 silver coin will be given for his live capture and return to Dalai or the Kingdom of Fiaden authorities; 50,000 silver coin if delivered to Trene fe Mar, and an additional 100,000 if captured with additional crew members of the La LiberaciÃ³n. Additional 150,000 silver coin awarded if captured with ship captain Garrick Baines. 75,000 silver coin will be rewarded for each crew body or other proof produced in the case of death. 10,000 silver will be rewarded for information leading to the capture of this individual or any crew members.

Nonhuman; sea-dwelling eeray that can shift form seemingly at will. He has been known to vandalise and damage ships, offload and steal cargo and coin alone, and cut loose unsold slaves before they reach port. No stolen property has been recovered on his person, and slaves are given haven elsewhere. Seeks his own haven within the roaming sea-bandit nation and ports near Trene fe Mar. Trene fe Mar authorities are not willing in cooperation.

Beware to those that seek to apprehend, as he is just as strong as he appears having little remorse in using his blade or body in deadly defense, as well as having many individuals backing him. Individual approach is extremely inadvisable.
