Mip simply adores butterflies. A puppy, only several months old, Mip is easily mesmerised by their little fluttering wings and graceful movements. He loves to frolic, rather clumsily, after them with his little paws pounding on the ground and a big goofy grin on his face.

Butterflies seem to love Mip almost as much as he loves them. They often seek him out when he is playing in the park and he, of course, is always excited to see them. Ever the playful and exuberant pup, it was in this park where two little butterflies found Mip one sunny spring day, his little tail wagging swiftly at their appearance. They were immediately very fond of Mip, landing on his head and back and even allowing Mip to catch them with his paw! Mip chuckled with glee at his new-found friends and was delighted that they followed him home at the end of the day. He affectionately named them Jimi and Will and hoped they would stay with him forever.
