Snapping the cell phone shut, the man named Vincent turned his attention to the target,Dark McFain.Scowling he pushed his silvery white blonde locks from his face, ice blue hues tracking the man's every movement. Loading a magazine into his .9 MM silenced pistol, he tucked it into the sleeve of his jacket before entering the hotel his target was staying in.
Looking about, he walked through the marble lobby of the hotel, he then approached the elevators.Pressing the button to hail an elevator, he tapped his foot as he waited. Stepping into the compartment, he pushed the 13th button. Reaching the floor, he slowly wandered down the hall to Dark's room. Slipping into the room, he grinned when he saw that his target was collapsed asleep on the bed.
Approaching the bed he aimed the pistol at the man's temple, but found himself unable to pull the trigger.'Why can't I pull the stupid trigger?! This is just another contract, another kill so why?!' Growling, he forced himself to pull the trigger barely missing the mans temple. He cursed inwardly as the other began to stir, quickly hiding out on the balcony.Launching himself over the marble railing he landed with a distinct thud on the concrete below,splintering it with the heavy landing.Glaring up at the balcony the males target was standing there staring at him.
( Dark's P.O.V ) Ruby hues narrowing as he stared at the white leather clad male the heat from the bullet that landed near his head on the pillow still burning.He never made the mistake of sleeping when he knew people would send assassins after him...But...Darn it he wound up falling asleep anyway!Anger boiling as the blonde disappeared into the crowd he let out a long string of curses."Dark we herd a gun go off,and since your not dead whoever did it missed." Looking over his shoulder at his twin brother,Derek,he let out a sigh."Yeah.But I'm not off the hook yet...They sent a Shadow Walker after me...But no ordinary one.I got Vincent tracking me now." Gaping his brother spoke "Dang,who did you tick off?" "Like I know!Geeze being me is a pain sometimes." Grumbling he slammed the balcony doors closed.
The following evening the blonde easily slipped back into Dark's room.Entering the bathroom he couldn't stiffle the surprised gasp that escaped his mouth that had the Egyptian whirling around.Eyes widening he bit his lower lip..Not everyday you see a well muscled man in just jeans.Tilting his head the tiny one drifted over "I think you know why I'm here." Scowling the man hissed "Yeah,I do.someone must really want me dead if they sent you."( Work In Progress..cause I'm Lazy. )
