**Etsy's (and/or the USPS') tracking feature is apparently messed up again and is showing orders in "Pre-Transit" after they've been shipped and are moving through the postal system. Most packages are appearing still in pre-transit, even on the USPS site, up to a few days after I mailed them. The package may even reach the destination before any tracking is ever registered. Frustrating on both ends! Rest assured, though, that I haven't forgotten you!**

*IN THE WORKS: More invert decals and more design options for species already in the shop! Also plans to expand the shop with more reptile and poultry needs and goodies in the future -- graphic clothing, mugs, hides and cage decor, resin figurines and jewelry/keychains, hen saddles, plushies, peel-and-stick stickers, and more.
If you're considering an amigurumi item from the shop and it sells out or disappears entirely (deactivated listing), hold tight! I'm just catching up! I promise it'll be restocked/back up within a few days!

Only time it ever came off was when I upgraded his tank and sold it to someone which they took it off. Never experienced any issues with her products the 1st and 2nd time I’ve purchased from her amazing shop. Great response time, very nice and thoughtful. If you’re looking for customization to add onto the exterior of your tank I’d recommend her store every day of the year!

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
Due to COVID and the increase in online shopping and packages being sent via mail, the USPS is overburdened and, thus, shipping times are more unpredictable than ever. I have some orders arriving at their destination only 2 days after leaving my hands and others, to areas of equal distance, getting held up somewhere in route and taking 2-3 weeks to arrive. I'm seeing "In Transit, Arriving Late" frequently. This is frustrating for both you, the buyer and me, the seller. I am getting orders fulfilled and shipped out as absolutely fast as possible to cut down on ETA of your item(s) as much as possible. I do sincerely apologize for any delay you experience in shipping and share in your disappointment but, unfortunately, it’s out of my hands.
What happens if I mark my order as a gift?
With non-gift orders, you'll receive a printed breakdown of your order, with all cost information. I also write a personalized, handwritten note for every order. I love being able to connect with every customer this way!
When an order is marked as a gift, you'll instead receive a bi-folded paper gift card with a generic gift message from Etsy. This card shows no cost information, and I include no handwritten note.
I kindly request that if you are shipping your gift order to your own residence first, to then pass on to the recipient yourself, please do not mark the order as a gift! I'd hate not to be able to write you a message! If it's being shipped directly to the recipient, please also choose the option to write your own gift message.
