If I'm spending real money I'd rather the items be more expensive and I get what I choose. And I don't really like to use sP to buy these items since I don't spend a lot of time making sP.
I'll just continue to only use offers for chance bags, it's really not -that- big a deal that you both had to jump on it, I'm just slightly disappointed. The equal chance is nice, however.

Beyond that, this isnt' really a chance bag. You have an equal chance of getting all of the items in the bag.

Chance bags are CSC sinks since they're a gamble.
We have already had 1 halloween one, vs only one for various other events around the site. If people want to spend the money more power to them, but it's still a CSC sink.

Compared to the ratio of items in the cash shop that you have a 100% chance of getting the item you want, I don't see what another chance bag hurts for people who like to gamble?
