Exciting news, we've updated the way that pet slots work! Here are the changes that we've made:
- The limit when using the Mystical Donadak Plushie and Mystical Montre Plushie is still 20 pet slots. That means the initial 5 slots all users get, the 5 slots that you get from a gold account, and 10 through the plushies.
- You can now gain unlimited slots with the Loyalty Pet Slot Totem. Using the totem will no longer count toward the 'hard' limit imposed by the plushies, which means that you can use your totem any time and it not count toward the same limit as the mystical plushies!
- You either have 0, 1 or 2 free slots depending on how many slots you had prior to this change.
- Like always, you must have your gold account active to use extra slots!

I just tried to adopt another pet, because Kieth said i would get another free slot -- because i had 10 pets. But it won't let me adopt a new one?

This is pretty awesome. Scratch that, REALLY awesome. BUT. I have yet to get 20 pets. I've used two loyalty totems, but I've never used mystical plushies. If I were to use mystical plushies to get to 20 pets, would I have two free slots because of the loyalty totems? Or would I just be able to use the mystical plushies to get 22 slots?
As for the GA thing for everyone else: Yes, you MUST have a GA active in order to use ANY pet slots beyond your 5th one, no matter how you got the slot.

I'm a still confused.
I understand that we have 5 slots as a "plain" user, granted when we first join.
If we use a GA medal we are granted access to another 5 slots on top of that 5 we have (total 10).
Then, if we use either of the 2 Mystical Plushies from the cash shop (one grants 2 slots per use, the other grants 1 per use) we can get up to another 10 added further to that (total 20)... but a GA medal must be activated to access these slots.
What I don't understand is the loyalty slots bit or this 'free" slots we've been "gifted". I assume that these "free" slots are also only accessible by using a GA medal?

So confused on who gets a free pet slot (and how many). I don't think I got any. My account shows that I have 12/8 slots (my GA just expired). Oh... wait. I think I get it. If I get another GA again, my slots should be 12/13 right? Because a GA increases pet slots by 5. Oh.... So I get a free slot if I open another GA! Guess I know what I need to do. =)

Yay! I'll be getting a gold account as soon as I decide what new baby I want to get! Or wait two new babies because I have that totem still. Eeeek! happy!
I came back to comment again, to express my happiness and gratitude. It was so nice waking up to this. I have been wanting a Rreign and Ruffie for so long now. :D :heart:
I got an extra slot!! I don't really understand why, but I'm so happy that I'm totally activating a 12-month GA when I get home from work today. :P Have moar CSC for my happiness Subeta. lol

I am gonna be honest....I don't understand this. I activated my gold account though, and get 2 new pets, so I am happy!!!!
I'm confused: I already had 23 (two from Totem; one when the plushies got cheaper), but now I have 23/25 - works for me, though. Thank you!

I gain a slot, thank you, I had 10/11 yesterday ( 5 normal 5 GA plus 1 from my loyalty totem ) today I have 10/12, now to decided on 2 new pets
