Stop complaining people. Don't like the quest? Don't do it, no loss for you.
it can't be saggi or wiz every weekend.
And sarah quests?
people...you can gain the money for saggi.
But get rid of the money to be able to do sarah=> hard.
It doesn't bother me it's the geek, i don't just don't do them and don't complain about it either.
I'm happy we get this chance from the staff.

i would love to see battle quest i cant do but about 1/2 but with battle quest as a boost i could get more out of the 1/2 i can do ;)

Sigh. It's not so much the computer geek YET AGAIN that bugs me, it's more like Pete and the Cursed Quests have had like no chance. I don't even think Toy quests have been picked yet. I don't know if Carl will, since he's kind of limited to Omen Islands and all. This is either some really really random system or someone likes to toy with us.

They could do *no* weekend quest, you know. If you don't want to do Computer Geek's quests, then don't. But there are some of us who enjoy doing his quests, you know...

I for one love the Geek quests and am excited for this weekend to get the increased reward. :)

Perhaps they just need to work on improving rewards for quests like Library and Computer Geek so people will actually want to do them for reasons besides achievements (which is good not only for the questers but for restockers as well).

Anica-Starbell: It is very easy to get up to the needed 700k, and past it to make sure they don't go under. If you can't make that... Sorry ? If Sarah were a weekend quester there is a chance that a few of her quests (depending on how much she gives out/you already have) would cause us to go over the amount allowed to even do her quests, thus making us have to spend our points on BS... Which is pointless.
Battle I can see working, but not that many people can do more than just a few of the opponents.
Drunk Carl sucks as it is. The items he asks for are priced 3-5 times the amount he gives back, the moment those skyrocket because he is a quester, even less people are going to do them during and after than they already do. And the map pieces will skyrocket in price, which is no fun for those that have been working on finishing it.
Most of the questers aren't fit for this, but I always give them a try to learn what numbers generally work, but for some I can already tell you they are going to suck balls.
I'm not looking forward to the Library quests because 90% of the books he asks me for are higher than what I will spend on him... The moment I spent 5k and got back 300sP, I quit him (nearly as bad as FINALLY getting one quest for Carl that cost 1k... and getting back 100sP).
Minerva: It's Thursday ;) It starts working on Friday. Something is messed up that has been causing this to post a day early.

Mori/Nori would be awesome! I also thought that maybe Battle Quests could be too, to add some variation! We can't have Wizard every time, can we? Battle quests could just give more sP and rarer items for the weekend. And everyone can beat the easiest challengers.
The server stuff still messed up, is that the reason the quest isn't actually up? Or something else?

don't care... can't afford to do saggi's... I'm only interested in the wizard's.. if he ain't up.. I ain't doin' em.. that simply.. don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out... if you can afford to do them, do them.. if not don't.. don't stress over it.. ain't worth darlings...

If we had Sarah, Library, and Carl quests as weekend ones, we'd probably face similar problems as we did for Maleria with the item prices skyrocketing (as if some of the books or the items for Carl weren't high enough already). Plus, for those that don't have the Omen Island map yet, the prices for those might get jacked up as well.
I suppose maybe battle quests I could see happening..but overall I personally prefer the way things are presently.

But not everyone can do Saggi quests either. The last time he was the weekend quest I was unable to do them because I didn't have enough sP. So I say either stop having Saggi be the weekend quest or start including Sarah, Battle and Drunk Carl. Just because everyone can't get to or do them for some reason or another doesn't mean they shouldn't be included.

Personally, I disagree completely. I think it should -only- be Wiz and Saggi... over and over again. :D

Yes, people, it's Thursday again and, once again, the thing is still messed up. Have you (the users) forgotten that it's been messed up for a few weeks and that the staff is REALLY busy with fixing the crash, and moving the site to new servers/etc ?
Also, everybody has forgotten that Maleria AND Quentin have been the weekend quester as well. Not just three different people, five. We are still suffering because of the stupid dark/black/etc items skyrocketing in price (I still see old common/normal items in the 100k+ prices) for when Maleria was the quester.

I agree that maybe Mori/Nori would be nice, I don't think Drunk Carl should be one. Not everyone can get to him, so it's hardly fair.

I'm with some other people. How about Pete, Toy Collector, or even Mori/Nori? It seems to be Wiz, Geek or Saggi every weekend. Maybe there could even be Drunk Carl quests at some point? There needs to be a better way to determine what the quests are, and this error of the news announcement popping up on Thursday instead of Friday needs to be fixed.

Good, no pressure to do quests this weekend, even with the "extra" bonuses, it's really not much worth it, sorry guys :( And yes! We haven't done Pete Quests yet have we? or Maleria for a while?

I think they are just doing a heads up for the next days special weeks quest people. I don't think this is because of the system having been down before.
