I'm told the Cash Shop is selling these high quality fashion dolls in commemoration of the series premier. Buy them individually, or purchase a gift set at a slight discount.

I'm doubtful this is related to a plot simply because it's hardly fair to include a CSC item as part of a plot. Unless it's just fun stuff that'll represent plot characters, but not actually be needed to participate.
However, there've been several requests for more dolls in the suggestion forums, so I tend to think that's what this is.

Also, Cora has a point. This WAS posted by Titties and Keith DID say they were starting a new event sometime in the summer... Also that was why the staff was working on other things and they have now started to update things (such as the Token Shop being updated)... HMMM

Ahaha, this is adorkable, Subeta. This is another amazing TC item (or, rather, these are amazing TC items) and fantastic for those that collect dolls for their own pleasure.
