Please know that we are actively working on the problems the site is experiencing! I don\'t want you guys to think we\'re ignoring it or anything; we\'re just having some trouble diagnosing the problem but we\'re trying multiple things to try and fix it!

I just wish all the people complaining would understand that you guys are working on it. No one should expect any site to ever work perfectly 100% of the time. Thanks for all you do, Subeta staff. ♥️
