I really like this. But at the same time it looks too much like the Spectrum/Blacklight Dragarth pose. Other than that, I love it.

The coloring and posing of this is gorgeous and all, but I'm really bothered by the fact that it only has 3 very bulky toes/claws. Most things you find in the animal kingdom have at least 4 toes.

Perspective is so had to do, and the artist did amazingly!
The claws are wonderful, and I love the wings. So beautiful.
The horns and lovely!

Haha, I can't wait to see other Hydrus pets that will be released, I'm sure like this one and the lain they won't disappoint. C:

I'm not really into Hydrus pets, but I can see a lot of people removing some of the starfish and stuff and making a kick butt recolor overlay because the perspective is pretty cool. It looked a tad awkward when I first looked at it, but when I got a good look it was just my imagination.

I don't really like the positioning of its nose horn. It flattens the face out and makes it look like a nose hole in a skull. I guess there's not much that could be done about it though with the perspective it's at. Otherwise it looks pretty cool.

I love the Magnus; a pity that not enough people notice IT'S A GARGOYLE.
I mean, ahem. Lovely art, especially on the part of the claws and the eyes. I also love the horns -- very nice detail. Props to the artist. :)

Who drew this one? Haven't seen a new Magnus in a while, and this one is certainly pretty, and a nice perspective (though, I suppose Magnus like doing the perspective of coming at the camera? The BR one is also in the process of coming after the viewer). The shading style seem rather Rah-esque to me, but I may well be mistaken? Good to see the Magnus getting some love, whomever the new artist may be!

I agree with User not found: lildemon, but only because I think Magnuses are ugly in general. The colors and everything else still look nice and pretty, it's just a chunky species in my opinion. xD
