Yes, but some of the hearts have stocked far fewer times than others, so it has been difficult to get the complete set of them. (I had never even seen the white one, either). Two people have the Chibi in their Galleries but I don't know how they got them.

All of the hearts have stocked at some point except the chibi heart, since it's rarity 80. continues camping at the holiday shop
Maybe they'll let the heart plushies run till the end of the month or something because some of them have barely even stocked yet? I hope so; I still need most of them for my Valentine's Gallery too!
