Why does it feel like the Token Shop restocks are lack luster? Especially the prices being asked for these items that are not even worth it to begin with. An item with only a 2week use costing 4k tokens seems worthless and extremely inflated.
If you are trying to fix economy, then why would you inflate useless items for 4k tokens? Especially just yanking out CS stuff and tossing it in the shop. Not even CS stuff that has a year round use at that.

I used to pick up one or two of each of these from the CS every year....just to give out for Luminaire WL gifts and maybe sell one....not for the amount you're asking in tokens though :(

Oh, goodness! o_O I misread and thought 400 token? Not that bad. Then I realized it was 4K. gulps I am now officially token broke. weeps But yay for not being hexed? Trying to be cheerful here. :P
@Keith I see your point and I remember the prices, too. But the price for Tokens was going down slowly- till the special Quest came out. We hat 4 or 5 Wizard Quests at the beginning- and the prize of the Tokens felt down >1m. I understand you wanna inflate the Tokens again- but this would take the special Quest the special. It's like real live. The price on a Box of Cookies might be cheaper- but if you have a look there are less cookies than before at the box.
I remember the time the tokens cost 6m. But I also remember a fuel price of 50cent instead of 1,80 Euro. Prizes change- that makes Subeta much better than Neopets.
If you wanna inflate the Tokens give more changes to spend Token. Maybe a Tokenprize for Changing the Username or Pets name.
And don't forget so many things change the last years. The Tokenprize goes down- but CSCs are more and more expensive. I remember a prize of 6m for a 500 CSC. Maybe you realy should make a Tokenprize for changing usernames- the prize of the token could go higher again- and the CSC prize could go a bid down.

Faaaar too expensive! Glad I already have them! And you are wondering why people are saying, Subeta becomes too hard to play.

The thing is, tokens are different in value than they were four years ago. All items will have an increased token price now.
We are evaluating our target sP price for those items, and shaving 1-5 million off in token prices.

Glad I don´t need either of the items but I wouldn´t even consider paying the price of either one in Tokens. The prices are way too high for something worn for a couple of weeks at most during the year.. Wearing the Monocle didn´t work anyway - still got hexed..
These are flying out the door. Get them before they sell out.

Yanking something from the Cash Shop (that's only used a couple weeks out of the year) and tossing it into the TS at a ridiculous price, isn't really gonna get the majority of us to spend our hard earned tokens. If you want to create a "sink" for them, how about restocking the TS more often like it used to be, or even better, BHH needs to come back into action. You don't need to basically rob us of our tokens to bring their value back up. Simply put the items we can get with them back on the market....
Could you please make a TS RS that is more affordable? We all want to join in on the fun of restocking! Don't just focus on clearing out everyone's tokens.

Will the minion nip actually work this year? I wore mine all last year and didn't get a SINGLE minion, THAT is what I would call a rip-off!! :(

Not buying anything until they put them into the cash shop. I'd personally rather spend $5 than 2000 tokens.

You wear the minion nip to make it work? I have something like 12k tokens just from the weekend quests since I never catch restocks, so I figured, "why not?"

Whoo... that's a lot of tokens! Glad I have both items already (bought them last year)! Though I must say, the minion nip hasn't helped me yet... still haven't found a minion in the patch and I've been in there quite often!
I understand subeta wanne inflate Token... but we have so much wigs for 250 Tokens the last weeks.. why don't make them 500 or 1000 Token and give all Users the chance to get a monocle...?

I got the Minion Nip last year and I was planning on getting the Monocle this year, but not for that much.
I find it quite hilarious how many are still in the token shop. I bought the monocle last year with CSC I will pass on the minion nip though, Im not dropping that many tokens

Ouch, I bought the monocle before even looking at the price. Luckily I have plenty enough to buy both of these if I'd get the chance (though I assume that by the time I can give the minion nip a shot it will be long gone).

Whoa... so glad I already have them both!! :) But I DID pay CSC so I am glad to see that the value will stay up there. Do hope they RS in the Cash Shop though... would make a nice Morostide gift for a friend!! :D
I guess I can understand the price, Im glad I have mine already, but I do understand what your doing Keith in the long run, Things should be worked for and there should also be a middle ground for items, we seem to have lost the middle class...so...hopefully this can help...but yes...WE NEED A WIZ WEEKEND!

Let's hope this is a way to get people to spend wizard tokens so the Wizard can be the weekend quest again. Thanks for putting these in the TS since I can't afford to buy CSC and my SP fund is hurting currently as well! I've been wanting the monocle for a couple of years but haven't been able to afford it. I was able to get one from the TS. =)

Also I hope that everyone has noticed a trend for things going into the token shop recently... that being higher token prices. ;)
100csc to 2k tokens I can see, that is only roughly 1m more than the cost in csc. 100csc to 40k csc ? That's double. A bit rude.

Eh, I still have one of each of those from previous years, so I'm kinda glad they're expensive, since I paid CSC for them. Glad to see them being brought back for newer users though. c:
