Luckily, this is the first time I was able to nab all that I needed before now. Vending provides ample chances to grab them.

It's random when I'm able to. I made a ticket, but the person who it was assigned to didn't help me at all with the problem. It would be days where I didn't even get a reply.

Man I figured they'd be retiring last night since the weekend was ending, so I busted my butt trying to grab the ones I needed for the achievement. Ah well, at least now I don't have to worry about it!
I can't resist clicking them to hoard for future years and to get them to appear more often try vending

Dang, they got snapped up and the price hiked before I was able to get to 1000. I think I snagged around 300 but it wasn't enough to put me over my goal.
