Can you believe we've been around for nine long years? We are on cloud nine that you continue to keep us company, we would not be where we are today without the love, support, and great ideas that we get from you every day. You guys are truly the best, and we love you so much!

Major Drills is joining the party this year. You should give him a hand and maybe he'll have something special as a reward? He needs a lot of help right now, so he's letting everyone do more quests than usual!

Ugh...I hate Major Drills...
I'm happy to say that I have been on Subeta since 2005, though it really doesn't seem like it's been 9 years, lol. At least for me. Happy 9th anniversary, Subeta! Hopefully many, many more. C8

LOVE the items in the Anniversary bags so far! Definitely worth doing Major Drills quests to get the bags!
Man, I've never done Major Drill's quests and gotten from him good things... I always loved getting the bags when they came around, but this sucks majorly. I love the fact that we can get items via floaties, but this'll make it where those who need the items for their galleries will either have to pay a super-inflated price or go without them... And I'm not doing either of those.

Oh glob, Subeta. What's with all the kitty biz? No matter. I love all these gift bags and the dressy items in them. I also love the description for the Old School Sweater.
At first I was like "Aw crap! I gotta do quests?" but I am actually enjoying myself with the drills and games and such. I don't think I have ever been so involved in this site like I have been today. Thanks for making me work for the bags. It really is more fun than just finding it on a random page.
The 60 quests are awesome but I was wondering.. can we do something about the carnival games showing up so often in his requirements to finish them? I'm out of games there and a 6 hour wait seems a bit much.
So can we not find gift bags floating around the site? I'm looking for an option other than drills haha.
I would really like that the Spectrail game counted when you play it, even if you can't send the score for points because, well I have to give up all those quest since I already sent the max per day. Major Drill does not count my score anymore.
First the Library, now Major Drills. Is there an issue with people not doing these quests enough or something, and if so, shouldn't the question be "What's wrong with these quests that people don't want to do them?" and not "How can we make people do these quests more?"

I wouldn't have a problem with doing the Drills quests if they worked right.
Some of the goals just don't count. Leviathan is not working now and the slots doesn't work every time. So it's just frustrating that the goals are not counting properly.
I'd also like to see some new goals. We have all these new games now. It would be nice to see goals for those.

the mystery box ones are also a total waste of sp right now with nothing but junk wrapping paper to get for 4 to 5 times the price. they should have put items in the holiday shops if there going to make use use the mystery box.
I relly hate the ones u have to play with a toy for iv givin my pet this same darn fish 45 times and its still not counting

If I find Major Drills' quests even slightly fun/interesting/anything other than a waste of time, I'd have been doing them before. I was only here for last anniversary, but I liked the floating bags. :c
I hope we can get bags other than doing drills... if we do drills to the end, we should get bags not plugs. OMG. This is not fun. /rant

Seriously Major drills keeps asking me to play spectrail, and now that I finally made the score...well since I already played 10 times I can't send it! So I had to quit the quest since he didn't count it. I think I'm passing on those drills, they are getting me upset. >.> Oh well no bags for me this year. :(

I never liked these quests and I'm not sure it's worth maybe getting a bag which I have gotten none of so for doing his quests

Wait, so doing Drills quests is the only way to get the bags? Why not make the floating items the items he can give out and make the bags the floaters? I hate Drills since it seems like a chunk of his quests I can't do and the ones I can I just get the junky plugs.
Happy Birthday Subeta! I arrived here about a month or two after the site first opened, when a friend of mine had started playing. I've watched the site mature and flourish, watched features come and go, enjoyed events and celebrations, and watched as the site overcame malfunctions and drama. Even though there are still hiccups every now and then, Subeta has come a very long way since those early years. It's been like watching a proverbial baby grow up :) . This site has been great and I hope to enjoy it for many more years! Also, you guys went all out on the items for this event they're freakin FABULOUS.

"You have played 3/60 times today." Wow since when did Major Drills have 60 quests. I could see for the event maybe 30. Unfortunately I can't do half of his because all my pets are in the resort so they can't eat or play with anything. I have to give up all those quests that require those. Darn.
this is the most un-fun anniversary "celebration". i realise with major drills the value of the bags will increase, but, jfc, when 19/20 quests aren't worth doing because of the lousy prize, that really puts a damper on things.
Major Drills Joined the party? Ha! He is a huge downer if you ask me. Someone should throw him in the pool. I hope others are having better luck getting bags from him. It's quite frustrating spending sP, tokens, and making the effort questing for something worth less than 500sP. So then I will end up spending that plus just to get the items I want from the bags anyways. I feel bad complaining, but it just seems like a waste of time. I should be laughing and having a good time, instead I feel like telling him where to put his plugs :/

This is awesome NOT but yeah very nice items, too bad I won't bother with the quest tough, too long too many annoyance in these quests. Hopefully I will be able to buy the items at the end... maybe!

I can't understand the complaining about the Drill Quests. Thanks Subeta Team for increasing the Quests.

I like that we do major drills quests for the bags. I don't think bags nor their contents should be worth very few sp (the 8th anniversary bag is a dismal 4.5k, the 7th anniversary luck buckets go for even less... like what? |D). But I must be in the minority here.

I've done 30 quests so far and have managed to get about 5 bags. Given the immense amount of time it's taking me to complete some of his quests, this is not amusing.

I get that you don't want to make the Anniversary Gift Bag items too common, but after going through all sorts of trouble the Major keeps giving his usual junky items, which is just demotivating. I got like 2 bags from the 8 quests I was able to complete. From what I've seen so far those items are gorgeous and I'd like to have a chance to collect some of my favorites. Can you please do something about this?

I'm also hoping the staff release some Item Drive items to the Donation Corner. Getting bags is hard enough without quitting all the Drive quests!
Also, in regards to the major drills....I don't know if it's just me but the rate at which you get bags from him is dismal. I mean, I see that the number of quests you can do was dramatically increased but I'm 10 quests in and have only gotten 1 bag. Am I just having particularly bad luck?
Please make the bags floatable...I don't want to have to do Major Drills just to get them. 1, I quit 90% of them. 2. You don't get a bag every time. It's too hard to get bags.
I always forget how horrible I am at spectrail until I start going Major Drill's Quests again. I honestly can barley break 200 points... Just ignoring all of those for now haha.

Only thing that sucks is people bought up ALL the item drive items now, and so it's impossible to complete any of the quests asking for that >.< I wonder if it's possible we'll see staff release some of the item drive items in the donation center or something like they did when people went crazy and spiked the prices of the scavenger hunt items?

Got an achievement for opening the goody bags, although I'm just grabbing individual floating items. The bags are supposed to be floating around instead of those items, right?
Sorta screwed on doing these if your pet is in the resort and he wants you to feed/play with your pet and you can't to make the quota. Guess we could always adopt a stray and play with them, but still :P
