Some of you came to me, worried that your art isn't good enough for Subeta and felt that the best option was leaving the team.
First off- why would I hire you if you weren't good enough? You were selected for a reason... your skill is of high caliber, and you're the best of the best. Your talent surpasses that of your fellow applicants, who were also looking after the job you were given.
So please, don't feel, or think that your art isn't 'good enough'. If that was so, you wouldn't have been given an artists' job on one of the most popular petgames on the net, known for many things, including its art.
You're all great in your own way. You each have a unique talent in the artistic field; no one's really better, we're all just... different. =D

Mrmm. I think I've probably uploaded like.. 10 items or something in the past two months.. I may have been even less productive than that.

<br>Certainly recent family disturbances have had an impact on my productivity, as has work -- physically, the stress of working on a farm takes its compounding toll over time. Still, I know that a large part of my inactivity, art-wise, has been due to feeling doubtful about whether or not I deserve my position here.

We need to have vacation shifts for some of the harder working artists to rest guilt-free, so they will be creatively reguvinated when the vacation is over.

We're all too critical of our work. We all have at least one area we are strong in, some of us it's items, others minions, others pets. Some of us can't be a 'jack of all trades' as much as we'd like, but we're very good at at least one area.
unfortunately, I have a hard time getting myself to think that way 'cause I tend to be a perfectionist or whatever >.o

<br>I know alot of us feel our art is lacking (I also do for mine) but usually its just that were overcritical of our own art. Not one single artist on the staff isn't AMAZINGLY talented, and everyone deserves to be on the team.
