Those not brave enough to face the hook, be not worthy of servin' on a ship as fine as Freyalise. Arrharhar!
Of course the reward should be higher to attract people (and the amount of status to apply for the job too).
Something like 50 levels, 250 or + strength, and the intelligence shouldn't be high, sing you'll need strength to clean the ship, and be stronger everytime, until you reach some position close to captain (the last tier of the job). You'll need to be stronger because you are able to dismiss people, and they're pirates, they'll fight against you.

It'd be nice if this job only were available during September (when the ship arrives). And when you quit your job, you'll not be able to enter another job for 3 days (or more?), because it's the time you had to swim to come back to the land again.
...as long as requirements don't include the necessities of getting tattoos and pierced ears... O_o
Of course my pirate captain pet is not at all happy his crew has run off to swab decks on the Freyalise
