Regarding Gold Accounts
If for any reason, you need to mail [email protected], please include your Subeta username SOMEWHERE in the mail.
You cannot be helped to the best of our ability when we get "I NEED MY GOLD ACOUNT" without the slightest clue of who the mail is coming from. It slows things down (the activation process) as well.

yeah, it took me like... two days after my mom got it for me. if you send it by mail, you'll have to wait a little more then 2 days. depainting on where you live too.
