Downtime :(!
Hey everyone, sorry for the downtime through the night. Rackspace had scheduled maintenance which shouldn't have been an issue but brought one of our database servers back up with a disk error at 3AM.
The site is back up and we're giving everyone who has logged in the past day 1 free day of gold account, enjoy!

Does the one day gold account expire at midnight or at 9:34am tomorrow which is 24 hours after this news post was posted?

Would the GA be automatically credited? I'm pretty much always logged in and I'm certain I checked the site yesterday and today, but I don't seem to have one. Do I have to do something to claim it?

I filed a ticket BEFORE the site was down for lost CSC ...AND ... lost Suboutique items.
I will wait and give time for the staff to sort things before assuming that those items won't be restored.
Staff hasn't failed me so far in these issues.
Off to see if the GA took effect.

I had my GA Activated when the site went down, Does that mean I get an extra day of GA? Or does it matter? As I'm a little confused on that.

Yea, I also got on a couple times yesterday (mainly to zap) but I don't have a GA either. Oh well, glad to see that the site is up again :)

For anyone who lost items, filing a ticket is the way to go! I'm not sure if they can reset quests for people, but at least refunding items they can c:

Better yet, what about those that took things out of their vault/shop/gallery and now their items just up and disappeared?
