Downtime :(!





Hey everyone, sorry for the downtime through the night. Rackspace had scheduled maintenance which shouldn't have been an issue but brought one of our database servers back up with a disk error at 3AM.



The site is back up and we're giving everyone who has logged in the past day 1 free day of gold account, enjoy!

Would the GA be automatically credited? I'm pretty much always logged in and I'm certain I checked the site yesterday and today, but I don't seem to have one. Do I have to do something to claim it?

I filed a ticket BEFORE the site was down for lost CSC ...AND ... lost Suboutique items.
I will wait and give time for the staff to sort things before assuming that those items won't be restored.
Staff hasn't failed me so far in these issues.
Off to see if the GA took effect.

I was about to file a ticket before the site went down because when i bought items
for a quests they weren't showing up in my inventory. And I kept being told that i didn't have the
items even though i surely bought them.
