Some of you are so dramatic it's ridiculous I'm not sure if you need attention or what
Just because people like the tiger art doesn't mean they condoned animal abuse...

Amazing job I suggest you making a chill pill item and giving it out as a gift

Most of the art on these is amazing! *Elephants!!! Ostriches & Vultures! Oh MY! * But is no one else bothered by the forepaw/arm of that lioness and the shoulders of the baby tigers? A few of them, especially the felines, seem a bit rushed and for 150csc maybe we could have started with 50 animals and tweaked the others until they were just right? That said thanks for the fun new machine, I'm glad so many people are excited about it and using it. ^_^
Great art, kudos to you all!
Unfortunately, I'm very unlikely to ever spend my CSC on a chance machine that will give me a one in 60 chance of getting what I wish for. People who love particular animals tend to want one particular animal. Even if my luck was average (and it tends to be worse than that), I'd have to spend 30x the CSC per chance to get what I want... leaving me with 29 other things I don't want (no wonder SP prices for these have started dropping rapidly).

These are so cute! I do wish they were not in a chance machine though! To pricey for the chance machine! Spent to waymuch money on these!

Great, cudos to the artist(s ?)I even spilled some CSC on those - ending up with one of my favourites, which already today only costs 2mio in shops!? It's amazing and pretty unexplicable, how prices vary from unbuyable down to absolutely nothing.

it would have been nice if you put Leopard and Snow leopard in this animal chance machine :/
No point using this then... since Leopards aren't in this :/

Where is the tail for the Large-Eared Tiny Elephant Doll? Seriously, it looks completely off without a tail showing.

I'm a hypocrite guys! I said it was too much and I wouldn't do it. I caved...and now I can't stop.

Why...are they all foreground items? o_0 If I am to assemble my army of big cats I need to buy more layers. It's much easier and cheaper to do that nowadays (thank you ^_^), but some could have easily been ground layer, no? Just an observation.
It's AWESOME to see so many animal items- they're my favorites on the site.
But only for CSC/125 for each one?
Ugh. I was excited but now I'm just sad :(

@Thunderbird
Golden tabby tigers were never their own wild "population", they're just a color morph, much like Piebald Ball Pythons or what-have-you. Same with white tigers.
Also, all white tigers in captivity stem their lineage back to one individual -- a male named "Mohan", who was bred to his own offspring in order to perpetuate more white tigers. While the effects of inbreeding can be diluted somewhat by breeding individuals that are less closely-related, they're still all bred to one another to perpetuate the white gene, and breeding white x normal rarely creates white offspring. Let's be honest here-- white tigers are popular and bring in crowds, so they're actively bred for the express purpose of money.
(Additionally, private owners of big cats are terrible and just perpetuate the pet trade in big cats, which hugely damages conservation.)
Nnnnot going to continue this debate any more here, but if you (or anyone else) wanted more information on this topic, go hit up bigcatrescue.org, they have a ton of information as to how damaging white/golden tabby tigers are to preservation.

Very lovely.
Won't be trying for them though. Chance machines are evil.
If we could just buy the ones we want then I would have dropped money on it :P
[chance is good though- helps fund servers]

I get excited when I see new items and then I see it's ALL cash shop and my excitement turns sour. I know staff and servers need funding but it feels like all the nice stuff is always in the cash shop... but maybe that's just me.
I think we're all adults here and realize that a fictional game that lets us own dragons and mutant unicorns and giraffes as pets and "wear" lions and tigers and bears on our avatars =/= reality.

Started at the bottom and meh'd all those until I got to the giraffes. I don't even fanboy over giraffes but.... gosh.. just so beautiful. Won't do it though.. because even normal chance machines are a joke with 10 things... having that many... hah. No. -_-
I need all the bears...and snakes...and gators...but highly debating @125 a pop. I can wait and hope the price goes down and potentially miss my chance before it's taken down and the scalpers emerge or I can just suck it up and start doling out the big bucks and hope I get the ones I want right away...hmmm

all of these are cute as hell, but I seriously thought subeta has like ALWAYS been trying to distance itself from the "real world". This is a total deviation from that world-lore

"Depicting them on a pet site might seem harmless, but it's stuff like this that leads to that confusion and demand for white tigers."
I really don't think this is the case. I seriously doubt anyone on Subeta is going to look at a Wearable and say, "Oh, I suddenly want a white tiger now". In a way, it reminds me of the slippery slope argument and fallacy. Additionally, including white tigers as wearables helps to promote people actually looking up - and learning for themselves - the truth about white tigers, the history of white tigers, and tigers in general. I'd think it would help to educate people, whereas removing white tigers simply because "it's ethically controversial" is not a good idea. I'd think it would also help to promote broader awareness and support for preserving wild tiger habitat, so that the genes involved never have to require inbreeding to see in tigers again. [Well, the damage is done as far as inbreeding goes, but people are legitimately putting a massive effort towards fixing that in the modern day.]

Yeah, I would rather there not be white tigers. I thought until recently that they were a separate normal kind of tiger, too. But then I learned that they are not normal, and just inbred and really sickly. Depicting them on a pet site might seem harmless, but it's stuff like this that leads to that confusion and demand for white tigers. They could be snow leopards instead :)

I don't see why some people are up in arms about the inclusion of golden and white tigers. For one, wild golden tigers were recorded in India in the early 1900's. It is theorized to be a genetic mutation that arose in select groups of Indian tigers, and is therefore a natural gene (and usually not the result of direct inbreeding, either). The reason why "golden tigers" are so rare, is because most of the wild populations of them were killed. The last known wild golden tigers were shot outside of Mysore Pradesh, India in the early 20th century. The same goes for white tigers; the last white tiger ever seen in the wild was shot in 1958.
Inbreeding was (and always has been) a common practice in animal husbandry, for both practical and superficial purposes. Additionally, the inbreeding of tigers is rather more of a scientific experiment of the wide-band gene spanning decades (before genetic mapping became recently available). Inbreeding is the reason why most commercialized livestock produce more meat and dairy products in far more quantities than a few decades ago. Turkeys are fatter due to it; chickens lay more eggs due to it; and cows produce more milk due to it.
Additionally, major dog, cat, horse, etc...registries and organizations continue to allow inbreeding (and linebreeding), and see no issue with it, unless it promotes a deadly disease, such as HYPP (Quarter Horses) or lethal white syndrome. Many dog breeds today are probably as much inbred and closely related as the tigers, including my own breed of dog, the Shiba Inu (most individuals are descended from a very small number dogs after a bottleneck from WWII). If not as related, then closely to it, given some of the physical and genetic afflictions in many purebred dogs. Nevertheless, in order to preserve the Shiba as a breed - one of the oldest dog breeds in the world - and prevent it from going extinct, some inbreeding ultimately had to take place in order to preserve the breed's standards and most important genes. It is a trade-off: prevent extinction, at the cost of some inbreeding. It is ultimately inevitable in situations where a species' or breed's gene pool becomes too small, or suffers a bottleneck. The same situation, unfortunately, happened with the tigers, which also resulted in inbreeding in order to prevent rarer genes (white and golden tigers) from disappearing altogether.
Nowadays, most white tigers are outcrossed (bred to orange tigers) and no longer bred to one another, and both private and public tiger owners (including national governments) are working together to bring fresh blood to the white strain. Many of the stereotyping about "all white and golden tigers being inbred" comes from misinformation, politics, and stigma from the 1980's. Guess what? That was 30 years ago. A lot has changed since then, and a lot more good is being done to preserve genetic stability and increase the gene pool.
If people are that much up in arms about the man-bred tigers, imagine how they'd react of tigons and ligers were included as well. lol.

They look like Squishables!! I'm just glad there's not the unicorn and penguin ones, or I'd really be in trouble. Though the elephants and snakes tempt me... No room in the budget this pay cycle. Next, maybe.

Oh and also (sorry for the double post), I know it's just a drawn picture, but I get goose bumps and start shivering and sweating when I see that spider. So I guess well done on being realistic and also yay for arachnophobia :/
must. have. the baby cheetaah. _
but unfortunately they are CSC chance items. I like vending, but not for CSC. Too much risk :/

Never understood the bug love. They're the most gross things on Earth.
And I would have bought all the snakes and tigers right away! But they're chance stuff so it's your loss! ^^

Just realising: whoever did the bugs has definitely been playing some Animal Crossing. ;D I LOVE YOU FOR MAKING THE ISOPOD

This is terrible.
I want them all (except the bugs).
But why taking chances? UGGh.
So many pretties. Oh god.

'Twas just a side-comment. ;o I just don't like them being marketed as "pretty and majestic" as they are here-- that's my opinion on it, lol.
... Unrelated to that, I also really love all of the insects and creepy-crawlies here, and it's kinda sad that people find them icky. That giant isopod is precious, yo.

When I saw no hyenas I was so glad I had missed a bullet... BUT THEN THE GIANT ISOPOD... And vultures... and so many snakes... x__x

Ugh, can't afford to waste cash on a chance machine. Hopefully some of the ones i desire will show up in user shops someday.

I have a Replica Giant Isopod, Replica Giant Walking Stick, Replica Walking Leaf Bug, and Replica Goliath Beetle I don't want. Does anyone want to trade for one of the cute animals? Message me!
this is just an image on a website it's not like we're gonna go whip out our millions and order us some actual white tigers thus contributing to the whole inbreeding thing
