PayByCash
Unfortunately we\'ve been told by PayByCash that they are sunsetting the product that we use to take payments. Since we still receive payments from that system, we are looking for alternatives.
So if you use PBC as your primary method of purchasing credits, please let us know in the comments or this thread. Thanks!

The only way i was ever able to pay was by mobile phone credit :( I miss being able to buy CSC. Is there any chance of looking for another company that uses phone credit as payment? Xx

I've only used this method maybe once or twice in the past just to get whatever the bonus item was. I use Paypal the rest of the time because it will take the $ directly out of either my checking account or Visa card.

Uh... I don't know what pre-paid's you're using, but Visa gift cards don't require any SS info. Like, at all. If you can get pre-paid Visa cards (which should be the gift cards but who knows), it's likely you can get the gift cards.[/qoute]
It was a re-loadable visa from 7-11. Charged me 24.99 for a $20 gift card as well. Luckly the store clerk knew me and gave me a refund when I brought it back.

The only reason I have not tried the visa one is because I have been told by a few people that they charge you to buy it.
I just researched visa gift cards and there is a buying fee which is:
Additional Fees:
Purchase Fee = $3.95/card

Can subeta come out with it's own line of prepaid cards?(like how Neopets has the NC Cards)

Pay by Cash/Ultimate pay is my only method of purchasing credits. Pre-paid Visa cards require Social Security Info that I refuse to give out on line, plus they charge interest...,so Stripe is right out for me, and dipping into the Pay-pal account for game-playing is a big no-no in our household. The only thing I can think of would be the E-gift card from Coinstar. Right now Amazon gets the benefit of all the loose change I run through those machines, but if Subeta was an option I'd be getting a lot more CSC.

I've used, PayByCash a few times, I believe. Never the less have y'all looked into using Bitcoin? Thanks for the heads up and I do think it's wise to email all users who have either currently or in the past used PayByCash with information regarding when the option will no longer be available. Hopefully before the option crashes completely y'all will have made a switch to something more reliable and stable.

Sorry I have no suggestions but this was my only way of buying csc by using the gift cards:P

I never thought you did have control over the switch. It was a generalized question. You should email everyone who uses it here though.

Well I didn't use this.. but they are working on a new option. They'll take care of us, they always do. They are also giving a LOT of advance notice. Thanks for letting users know what's going on.

As Keith mentioned, we're working on finding alternatives. We have a few months before we need to switch, so we're trying to get as much input from people who actively use one of those payment methods, so we can find a suitable replacement for as many people as possible. Thanks to those of you who have already spoken up - we're as disappointed about this as you are!

Have you looked into Karma Koin? I have no idea if you could use them or not but I know it's a alternative for some gaming sites.

If the option to purchase CSC via PaysafeCards going to be removed I won't (be able) to purchase any more CSC... :/

I stopped buying cards as 90% of the items offered do not interest me, but to hear about more loss of options for the player base to purchase currency is very upsetting, not everybody wants or can us the alternatives.

I agree with InSane. This should become an email notice, immediately.
Also why the hell are all the affordable paying methods going up in smoke in recent years? First the pay cards, now this?

I use the UltimatePay option (formerly known as PayByCash) and then the Ideal option. Foe me it's the only way to get CsC (I live in the Netherlands)

Since you're still receiving payments from PayByCash, can't you just link those payments to the users who submit them in the past, say 6 months, and auto send them some kind of survey / sMail / actual e-mail telling them ?
