I was so excited to see Sailor Moon items and then I looked at the worn item and was a bit disappointed :x not that the sleeves aren't pretty and all, but not what I hoped for.
Just wondering if these are ever going to show up in the shop. Been stalking it since the announcement and haven't seen a single one yet. Maybe some day?
dont mean to be a party pooper, but why are the metal parts greenish? can they be recoloured to be a bit more warm orange-gold, or is that too much to ask? other than that, looks like they'll be awesome for layering!

I got really excited when I saw the prints, I was thinking they were dresses or wigs..so I was a little disappointed when I hovered over them and discovered they are arm pieces! Maybe subeta will have more wears to go with these eventually? Nudges

i love how subtle these are tbh, because you can wear a different sleeve either under the jewelery part or under the base entirely OR just wear these for the jewelry as an accent

Beautiful prints for meh wearables. Now don't get me wrong, the wearables are nicely drawn. It is just the that prints overshadow them. For how amazing the prints were I was expecting a dress or wig wearables.

Oh dear I don't mean to sound like I'm critical of the art or the object. I have no frame of reference, because after the fourth transformation scene identical to the first I pretty much fall asleep and so I don't know the Sailor Moon trope. I literally can't tell what I'm looking at. The art of whatever it is (best guess a bondage-themed you can't steal this and I can dance without dropping it full length clutch purse with super vise action) it is lovely.
I have now looked at Sailor Moon Wedding these are some really lovely images for anime. I am still clueless, Sailor Moon's arms and her other sailors' arms are all bare.
I'm delighted to see that RL brides have managed to re-create the look, so the image search was still worth it. They're having so much fun!

@Solsticesprite i've never actually watched or read sailor moon but i'm pretty sure the peaceful white art print is a direct reference to her wedding dress? (versus the sailor uniforms, which is probably what google gave you) i don't really understand the sleeves on their own either, tbh, but i'm gonna withhold judgement till the rest of the outfit's released.
I did an Image search and Sailor Moon doesn't wear anything like this, so I'm confused. I'm looking at the hovers with my browser magnified and I have no idea what I am looking at.

Those are very nice. Though it does make me glad I rehomed my artist pet, he'd need all of them. XD

I think the prints are actually prettier than the wearable, there's not enough color showing on the arm to really wear it. Might collect the prints for my gallery though.
Still hoping for new clothes for the Shengui Guo shop and some new stuff in the carnival shop would be nice also since I have a ton of carnival tickets but already bought everything I wanted.

while i probably won't wear the item itself because it's too subtle (i have a freakin' problem i need BOLD and VISIBLE all the tiiiiie hahaha) they're still pretty, but those CIs thoooo woah, drop dead gorgeous!!!!! TD items as most are saying!! and now Amber got me all excited like @___@ for more items weeeeee

I... I need all of these. I also need to be able to play around in my wardrobe for longer than two minutes without everything freezing up, so I guess I'm in no real rush.

Loooove the wearables! I've never watched Sailor Moon (i know, i know, blasphemy, please don't kill me) so I'm actually much more in love with the Gentle Prints item artwork. So beautiful!

i don't think it's the actual reference but the gentle prints remind me a lot of mucha's brightness of day, though the posing is obvs different. i really like them, i hope they won't be too hard to collect ; w;
The CIs are amazing. I admit I'm not a Sailor Moon fan but these don't look half bad. Wearables are always a plus. ^_^
I'm not necessarily a fan of wearing the actual item but that is some pretty item art! :) Probably will try to get a couple of these for that reason alone.
