Gold Account Expirations

1 Month Gold Account Medal




Many of you may have noticed that your gold account expiration times were off. Way off.



It's taken us a few days to resolve, but we have been able to successfully restore most expiration times. If you are one of the few users still affected, a staff member will be contacting you soon!



If you already had a gold account active, and you used another gold account medal since September 16, it's possible that this medal was not taken into account in your restored expiration time. If you believe this to be the case, please file a ticket.



If you already had an active Stripe subscription, and it billed on September 16, it's likely that your gold account's expiration time is incorrect. However, your gold account will not expire and the time remaining will be corrected the next time your subscription bills. If you'd like us to correct the expiration time on your account anyway, please file a ticket.



Additionally, every active gold account has been extended by three days to make up for any confusion!
