The staff are aware that the Gold Accounts still harbor some glitches, and we assure you that these are being taken care of as quickly as possible.



If you have a Gold Account but have no benefits that go along with having one (I.e autopricer, ability to upload a custom avatar), s-mail the users Fallenangel and User not found: moonfighter666 with a receipt, if possible.



If you have benefits, but don?t have a Gold Account, you have exactly ONE WEEK to report it to Fallenangel or User not found: moonfighter666 so it can be fixed. At the end of the week, every single account will be investigated, and if anyone is found to be getting free benefits without having contacted Fallenangel or Moonfighter666, that account will be frozen.

I personally want to thank MoonFighter666 for getting my GA straight yesterday. Of course I mailed her with all my paypal info. (I keep everything). We went out for a while and came back and she had it resolved! I am sure sending her the correct information help her process it a bit faster and not have to stop to research or smail back and forth. My suggestion to everyone is send your paypal information and be very patient. Both fallenangel and moomfighter666 have a lot of work to do. There are over 40,000 users and only two of them! I <3 you both!

True. Complaining will only make everything slower. You know, Keith could just stop trying and end subeta for good. If all you can find to do in this kind of situation is to complain, you should really try to think about us. We don't have to all this, but we do, and that's best to be supported by users, and not by being complained at.
Yes, please stop complaining. And if you wish to check to unpaid benefits, here's what I did: I have 5 pets, and with a GA you can have 10, so I tried creating a test pet, if it lets you make the pet, you have free benefits, if not, you're safe.
You know what, to all you COMPLAINERS. Keith, Stephanie, and the other mods and I have been working on getting this working correctly for a VERY long time. The least you people can do is not complain to us. All you have to do it click a button and check your preferences, or even SMAIL fallen or I to say "Hey! I'm gonna be away for awhile, and my benefits might stick..." Wow, SO difficult! Yeah, so stop complaining. We're doing MUCH more work about this than you are, and if I see more complaining, I'm gonna get a lot meaner. And I have permission to do so =)

Nevermind on my question, I realize now that the GA info wasn't showing up for me because I lost my GA benefits somehow. They're back now, thank you very much. However, now it says I have a month until my GA expires, which is fine with me, but I know I didn't have that much left before so I just wanted to say something so I don't get in trouble if it was a mistake... Thank you.

Why are GA's having so many probs?
I used to be able to see my GA status by going to Preferences, but I don't see it there anymore. Where can we check? For example, it used to say how long I had left before my GA ran out...
What if you don't realise you have the benefits? Like, I don't use my shop much anymore, and I don't play very often now, so I probably won't realise it f I had some of the benefits. =|
You'd know, sensa. Free benefits would be if you have no Gold Account, as it expired, but the benefits of the Gold Account exists.

Darn. My benefits had disappeared this morning. I've mailed fallenangel with my account details. Sensational, amongst other things, you know you have free benefits if you have the autopricer facility and can play random every 1.5 hours.
