lol ok real taxidermy deer head item is fine but god forbid there's real pelt items
Hello gorgeous backdrop! Deer in my area are used for food and are major pests. They eat crops, trample gardens, take down cattle fencing (my grampa and I restrung areas of our own several times this summer), and are the leading cause of insurance claims and vehicle damage (And its not only you hitting them. The little buggers will CHARGE a stopped vehicle if they feel like it).
@Hamlet - It does look that way. I know several people that have hung their own fairly low on the wall. It makes for easier dusting and care. Or in the case of my one friend: Big deer vs. small house. No matter where he put it, it looked super low. In the end he hung it over the fish tank to deter the cats, haha.

Is it just me or does the size of the floorboards/wood panelling makes the deer head look like its really far down the wall, like low enough that you could pet it as you walk past (or walk in to it)?

I'd like to get the horsie but can't figure out where his head is, kinda confusing design.
Not that I don't appreciated having these floorboard backdrops, but any chance of plain room interiors without severed head (even turnips)? this makes the third thus far :0

Aww man! My timer finally ran out and I could buy again. I went to the token shop and the moon collar is gone. I needed it for Usako's TC. ;_; And now the one's in shop are stupid expensive. Nooooooooooo. ;_;
As someone in a house where there's a few of these around, I approve of the new item :D Might actually make its way into my HA one day. The deer's left antler looks quite a bit too thick at the joint before it branches out though.
Already read the book to my battle pet, had the minion in my gallery, and had the collar in my Wardrobe, so all I needed this time was the sticker, though I'll try for another copy of the book for one of my pets' TC's next time I can go for one.
Really think the deer head artwork is lovely, but damn do I hate wood walls like that lol. Reminds me of a house I toured recently while looking for a new home. All I saw was pine and the only thought going through my head was: RENOVATIONS. Renovations everywhere.
Could anyone possibly be persuaded to buy me a broom at the 100 tokens and I could send them the 100 tokens? Please? Obv for those that have nothing they want in this.

The deer mount is really pretty and so is the backdrop. Oh, that moon collar. That's the one item that made me a new friend a few years back. :) She doesn't play anymore but we still keep in touch through facebook. The feels man.
OMG I was literally clicking to shut down my computer when it RSd so I could get the broom. Cool. Thanks. Now I just need to borrow the others....
YAS I got the broom. Now just need the sticker and the collar, but at least those are a little more budget friendly.
Why does the TS always seem to RS when I'm asleep or at work. I need that broom. It will probably stock again as soon as I leave for work in a few minutes. Darn.
What will I grab? Apparently nothing as the only item I want is gone already and I'll be at work all day. And I hate the background. Sure hope there's another restock when I'm actually on.
We seriously arent going to get offended by a picture of a mounted deer head, are we? I do live in the country where deer are hunted and used for food. I also know of quiet a few that donate their extra to food banks and such. You are aware of the damage an over population of deer can also do on a farmer's field or the damage they can do to vehicles or human life if they run out into the road? I am not saying killing them just to be killing them but when it feeds a family ........ its not like they put up a picture of Fi-Fi or Rover, mounted.
Broom come kinda way too late and that BG is horrific! You should've mention it was fake (as you do with your faux-fur items) so you won't have pro-pets rights activists giving you the thumb-down...or the finger...
