No, there will be a new card but all of the items currently in the shop will stay there. If they do ever decide to retire any of the items themselves, they will announce it beforehand as well.

Thank you so much for posting this ahead of time because I never ever remember to check my rewards card (yes I know the event tells me to. By the time I've clicked to my inventory to make sure I got the bonus item(s) I forget)
