Its Trick-or-treating time! All you have to do is go to a users profile and click on the 'Trick or Treat' button!
I'd just like to mention that you will get different things from different users, so make sure to do as many different users as you can!

I waited an hour, went to a profile, and got nothing. Ten minuites later a Witch Ball showed up in my inventory - maybe it's being delayed somehow?
