Well, on my second attempt with Hustler, I got the serum. Too bad the tonic couldn't also be from him. :(
Whenever there's a new BHH item it seems like half the comments are about how people have never seen anything there. I've only been checking BHH for the past few years and I've found over 50 items there, so a small word of advice/encouragement: bookmark the page and make a habit to check it as often as you're online as frequently as it allows you to. It may take a while, but if you're patient, you're sure to find stuff sooner or later! ^^
Also, @Pluma and others, the BHH doesn't restock at the time of the news post, but rather adds the item to its pool of items that restock at random everyday...I'm not sure why this isn't clearly stated on the page because people always seem confused about this.
Anyway, not denying the frustration, just hope this was helpful to someone in some way ^^

Almost nine years, 24 BH restocks caught... yeah no.

is there any correlation between what price item the hustler sells and what item you get, or is it completely random?
I love them both though I've never been able to get anything from BHH, maybe I'll try the Hustler.

It's possible! I don't check like I used to, but I've gotten 124. 100+ of those were from before I became staff 5 years ago and felt bad about still trying :P
Great! More awesome stuff I will NEVER get! You guys really need to redo this. Been here over six years and never once got anything from here.
Ahh these are super pretty. I'll never get my paws on the tonic, but maybe the serum one day :O
