Kelpie, I have a flat screen, so when I made it it looked really light in Photoshop. but when they are outside photoshop they always look darker.

Hmm... For me this pet isn't sweet, and dark matter isn't hmmm you know ^.^.
The pose is great, and the conjuring up the dark matter is really a nice touch, but it's almost <i>too dark</i>, if that makes sense. Maybe it's my monitor but I can hardly see the shading!
