Like the wearable, but I'm a little sad that the item image is just the same image. :( A little tin of pomade/wax/gel or whatever would have been fun, as my first take was it being "hair" that's actually tentacles. "Keep your look shiny, silky, & smooth. Never slimy."

Lol yeah, it looks like tentacles or one of those anemone plant things. I guess this was maybe also part of that elemental set of stuff that's being put in random places.
