What’s this mean for Masquerade? Well, we’re going to be extending it for sure. Once the site is back up, we’ll give you a better time frame. We’ll also be making dances faster closer to the very end of the holiday, instead of just the last 24 hours. We want to give y’all plenty of time to get those wave two items, which are coming soon, before the holiday ends. <3

I've been trying to log in since Sunday, but I couldn't. The buttons on the page that shows that subeta is down do not work on the mobile phone, neither FB, twitter nor any other, there was no information anywhere if and when to continue. I find it better if the site is closed for maintenance work, better than getting constant error messages, but leaving us without information is really not user-friendly and

So yet again those of us without access to the forums are being left out. I spend a fuckton (take in the exchange rate) of money on this site and while I accept the fact I can't go on the forums right now it is very ridiculous that you only post updates on some forum. IT'S NEWS THAT EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW. Put it on the news page.

I can't actually. I just went there and even though the banner on top says there are more updates and clicking it sends me to page two of an unloadable forum thread, the most recent admin post is Keith's initial post. So if there is any new info, I can't see it...

I really don't feel like dancing. I can't even handle my dailies and quests within reasonable time. I can't battle more errors with the tiresome dancing routine.

Things that don't work that I've found so far:

-Job Agency has no pets listed

-Everything is slow as hell
And probably other things I've forgotten or haven't noticed yet.

putting an update on the Non-loading forums seems a bit silly. an update Here would be appreciated...also now the dance links don't work. :c this is 2 sad masquerade days...
I am trying to read the "update on the situation" by clicking "click here" But nothing is loading. So no what?
So, banner at the top says "click here for an update on the situation" which leads to a forum post....and the forums do not load. Wonderful. How about a news post with an update instead?

As for the bathhouse issue, at least for me, I've checkmarked the achievement for it so I can go look at it to see if each day is counting or not. I don't know if it'll work for the days past the achievement days, but it's a start.

I can't see the forums (they won't load, even after waiting 30 minutes) so I was hoping someone could help me test something - I want to see if my dance invites are going through, because I haven't had any notifications that any of them have been accepted in like 3 days now even though I've been inviting quite a few different people. If someone could ping me that they'll be watching for my dance invite, I'll send you a bunch for the rest of today and then we can see if you got any of them.

Often it looks like it would be easier to do it all from scratch - but when you remember it's a whale's cardigan, you sigh and go back to the darning board, trying to figure out which parts will break/had broken with change X and how much time it'll take to fix it (hint: you can't). That's what code-patching looks like. Alas, such is the way of the world.

I mean, I know that. But it doesn't make it any less annoying, especially when they keep making updates that are supposed to make the site faster and fix problems and things, but nothing really seems to work.

My bathhouse streak was around 120-130. I just went again during this mess because we have gotten no word on the matter. "1 day streak!" Am I screwed?

Site is still extremely broken and the last updated on twitter was like 22 hours ago at the time of this post.
I don't understand why this still happens after like 10 years of being here. Every time the site gets taken down for maintenance, there are a million new issues when it comes back up.
At least Masquerade will be extended but like... it's still frustrating that the site always ends up being down for a couple of days even when the maintenance was only planned for a few hours. :/

Same as many other people, I can't access the forums, the Job Agency is blank, alerts aren't working, lost my bathhouse streak and everything is crazy laggy. The admin posts page shows complete radio silence for the last three days... either that's broken too or nobody's said anything to explain this. Or both.
While we wait for normal activity to resume, you can add the notepad widget to your sidebar and add dance links to it to continue dancing 💃🏻

Yep, forums don't show up for me, either. Infinitely trying to load the bit between top and bottom page lists (i.e., the actual content).

Sure. :expressionless: Can we get an update from someone? Anyone? It really is awful that it happens this way every time. Not all of us can access the forums btw so keeping those of us who have made mistakes, while also injecting real money into the site deserve an update too.

Ahh the shitshow that occurs after downtime. Alerts aren't working for the training centre, Mallarchy Pond, Random that I've noticed so far. Also the Job agency is empty. Alerts are working for the sp payouts for high scores so that's something I guess.
This is frustrating I feel like having travelled back in time to the server move. It took me a whole 8 hours to finish off my BQs and a few other quests /tasks yesterday night till 2 o'clock my morning. Long Cat lasted a couple of days, but over half a year of problems is tough. I keep my fingers crossed, that your endless hard work pays off and you get the site up and running again soon!
I am positive, you will restore the bathhouse visits (I have 15xx I believe from day one on), but I also hope, you'll rectify and reimburse the Job Agency, some of us are losing quite a bit of money and also my pet is the by far leading one! Don't want to lose that, either.

I collected the Bathhouse last night right after the site switched over and even posted what I got on the BH forum. I do not want to lose my streak yet again.

I made a quick visit to the Bathhouse, since I received no answer regarding whether or not it was all right and I didn't want to risk losing my streak. It should be 673 now.

I get the messages from the site update group. There had always been a plan to release the Wardrobe for Masq. Did they release it too soon? Perhaps. But the reasons they gave for it certainly had nothing to do with brokent base colors.

@jindo I'm having the same issues. When I click on the 503 error link, the site says Subeta is up and running fine.
Also, forums don't load at all for me, and purchasing from user shops sometimes gives a "unexpected error" message. I might just have to wait til tomorrow to get back on. :(

Nothing is working on my end of things. In addition to the issues already discussed, I get 503 errors when I navigate to pretty much any page other than the news.
