It seems like a set of bread items would've been the absolutely perfect place to include some gluten-free stuff.
Celiacs and people with NCGS would appreciate even a tenth of the attention that vegans get when new food items are created.
(Or a tiny percentage of the attention that zombies, cannibals and coprophages get, LOL.)

I was expecting it to be Pete because it's food, but I was hoping for it to be split between two shops because he got two whole sets of items to himself last year. So having it be someone else was a nice surprise, though I thought it was more likely to be Carl or Sarah X)
