It should be noted that this item the first part of a set to hit the Blue Building Shop! Hopefully, you've been saving your blue points so you'll be able to afford the entire set. ;)

@Laurey yeah I have a few times before for 30 minute+ stints. At some point though it just becomes a waste of time/at least it feels like it.

Have you tried refreshing on the blue building page itself? It's still random, but I think you have a higher chance (or the only chance IDK) of getting the event on that page, from what I remember reading in the past.

One day I'll be able to get into Blue Building...only been on this site for nearly 12 years and still haven't managed to get the event. It's not a low spawn rate or anything...

I just bought the Horns and Roses Limited Edition Vinyl recently so I'm a bit low on BB points. Haha.
I think I might save up to get the whole set at once.
