Bye, Legacy Shops!
You can mass-transfer items from your legacy shops into your vault here.
There is also the option to one-click remove an item from a legacy shop from the Account Search page, and complete quests with legacy shop items. If an item a quest asks for is in one of your legacy shops, there will be an option to complete the quest with that item. That option is checked by default, but you can disable it from your user preferences.
Like we said earlier this month, we will not automatically move items from legacy shops to vault yet. We'll give y'all a warning before we eventually do this. <3

Feels weird only having 4 shops again. lol
Only problem I ran into is there wasn't room in the "new shop" for all the "old shop" items since I'd been using it.

@anastasiastarz pretty sure they are the old shops before this new shops were put in place

Been away for a bit, are legacy shops our personal shops? What have they been replaced with?

oh yeah thanks, i already knew that function exists :) by the wording of the news post it sounds like it works slightly differently for the legacy shops (although because i don't have a legacy shop anymore i can't say for sure if it's different) so i was referring to that ;)
@ anyone with a legacy shop - i'd love to know how it actually works for legacy shops! by the looks of the preference page, there's a checkbox involved? is that on the actual quest page?

ooohhh could we eventually have that 'complete quest with own item from shop' option for our current shops?! That would be so excellent! (Or even just an account search button on the quest page would be marriage material)

If you're encountering issues where it seems to be eating your items when it shouldn't be, file a ticket to see about getting the items back and also post on the bug report forums so staff can be made aware of it (since they don't always check news post comments for that sort of thing).

I just had a quest, which I wanted to quit. One item (Jack Cardale Trading Card) in legacy shop, one I didn't want to use. It didn't let me quit, instead kept claiming I didn't have the other one. So I decided to use the Trading Card and buy the other item.
Account Search showed, I had 4 Jack Cardale Trading Cards in my shop. After finishing the quest, NONE are left. I remember 2 other items, I used (Dark Meat Turkey, Dark Matter Fruit Jelly), these also have disappeared from the shop! I don't know about the other 4 or 5 I used prior!

I didn't realize, what this actually means. I've just encountered this option in a quest. That's absolutely terrific!!! We do not need to account search!
I can't transfer my shop to vault yet, because some error needs to be resolved first, but I love this feature!

Is it checked by default only for those users that have a legacy shop left? Because I went to turn it off and it was already off.
