Hello! We have a few more updates to share with you today:
Pet Name Loyalty Totems
Some of you may have noticed an issue with Pet Name Loyalty Totems: It would not allow you to change the pet's name, but it would take the item. If this happened to you, please file a ticket and you will receive be given a new Loyalty Box as reimbursement. In addition, those who were affected by this issue will be given a name change that will not count towards your account limit.
The Loyalty Petname Totem is no longer available. Those who currently have a Loyalty Petname Totem can change it back into a Loyalty Box to choose a different prize.
For those who currently have an active Councilor or Goddess subscription: We are going to award these loyalty stamps to you retroactively over the next day or two. You will receive a sidebar notification once your new stamp(s) have been added to your account.
Changing Pet Names!
There is now a way for non-gold accounts to rename their pets! Now that pet names are no longer unique, we wanted to make renaming pets easier and more accessible. Instead of making it something you buy, we're now only limiting it by frequency:- Regular accounts may rename one pet per week. That's any pet, but only once per week.
- Gold Accounts will continue to work how they have: one name change per pet, per month.

Subscriptions: Loyalty Benefits
The Councilor and Goddess plans now have an extra benefit: stamps for your Loyalty Rewards Card! The Councilor plan will give you 1 stamp and the Goddess plan will give you 2 stamps.For those who currently have an active Councilor or Goddess subscription: We are going to award these loyalty stamps to you retroactively over the next day or two. You will receive a sidebar notification once your new stamp(s) have been added to your account.
Other Notable Changes
- The Pet Friends page has been updated to require both a pet name and username when you add a new pet friend, so that it can look up the right pet.
- Buddy Gold Accounts can now be given to users who already have a Gold Account, and will be added to their existing GA time!
- The new pool for clearing legacy names at the Bathhouse now has a clear warning in the confirmation pop-up that it will NOT change your pet's name - only the legacy name info will be cleared. This has also been made clearer on the Change Name page.

I don't think, that we could sell Custom Wearable Vouchers, or could we?
People, who have no use for those and not for Buddy Gold Accounts (which I consider a weird idea altogether, unless we would be allowed to sell them?), either, shouldn't be forced to spend $10 or 15, which I think is a lot of money, for "nothing".
Do we still get stamps/points for buying CSC only?

@pegusus_98 No, gold accounts get one name change per pet per month. Meaning if you have 20 pets and a Gold Account, you can do 20 renames (1 time per pet) each month. If you don't have a Gold Account, you can pick one of those pets to rename each week.

@Aloysius What Keith meant is that it would be great for people to use buddy GAs as a kind of "thank you" or expressing sentiments like that. For instance "thanks for writing that great forum post" or "thanks for trading me that wishlist item earlier" (not like trading FOR the GA, but like maybe you did a trade with them to finally get an item or CW you've wanted for ages, and the buddy GA is an extra thank-you for helping you finally get it!)

You guys really are just totally rocking it lately! I am not into pets but seeing so much progress on the site has me excited to still be here. I am looking forward to see what new changes you bring. And so unrelated but maybe someday we can have some form of cults back, they really did help foster friendships and sense of community. Thanks for your hard work making these changes, listening to feedback, and answering questions! These are the things that made me love subeta!

@Keith You said, "has just the item you were looking for". Does that mean we can trade buddy gold accounts for items. As in, someone in trades has an item I want, and they are looking for a gold account, I can trade (gift) them a buddy gold account for the item?

Just thinking that I spent 1500 CSC just to rename my pets makes me MEGA SAD!

@Aurora No -- the buddy perk isn't really considered in the price of the perks. If you look at the value (CW voucher + GA + CSC) it's way more, the buddy GA is just a way to help socialize & get more GAs around the site for the users who can't afford them (so -- if someone makes a great post, or has just the item you were looking for, you can gift a gold account)
We are planning to keep looking at the perks offered, and potentially add more pet related perks, but we won't be making different tiers or versions of the offerings with pick & choose perks.

1. The "rollover from Sunday to Monday" means that it will reset at Sunday midnight (which is when Sunday changes to Monday - maybe I worded that a bit convoluted-ly!) So Sunday is the last day of the week, Monday is the first day of the next week.
2. Yes, since the rule would be "Did you already change a pet's name this week?"
3. No, since the rule would be "Did you already change this pet's name this month?" And the answer would be yes, regardless of what type of account you when you changed the name. I hope that makes sense!

So...let's say you only change the name of one pet. With a regular account, you can change that one pet's name every week (not sure why anyone would, but you never know), but with a gold account you can only change that same pet's name once a month. Or is there a limit on how many times a single pet's name can be changed?

So... just for clarity, buddy gold accounts can't be used on ourselves, just on others? I don't have active friends anymore, so for me this benefit is a waste otherwise. I could just give them to random people, but... yeah. That's one of the main things keeping me from subscribing since it might be a useless benefit for me on the higher tiers.

Is the "one name change per pet, per month." account tied? Like if someone changes a pets name, and then transfers the pet to another user in the same month, does the new user have to wait until the next month?

@Bug is there a place to suggest ideas for this i think a few would be interesting (for people that like wardrobe could be more free layers without needing to buy, or even choice of a cash shop item, for battlers could be leveling up stats, for book collectors, could be a book they don't have in their collection yet.. I can't remember everything in the box so these could already be in there)

@Brinny You can fill up your rewards cards twice each time, so you can get up to 20 stamps total (10 stamps per card). If you already have 20 stamps then you've reached the limit, I'm afraid, so no you wouldn't be able to get 21 stamps for example, just like it wouldn't give you more stamps if you bought more CSC when your card was already filled up.
