The instructions are to be found in the Token Shop in limited supplies, but also in Thimble & Co! The Essence of Melody is being found in the Millionaire Center.

@jKat No, they only stock once to give people a chance to get them before enough are bought from the shop for the price to deflate. Maybe if you're lucky you'll get one as a quest reward, or from the Mystery Box.

Just when I thought we weren't getting any new Nostalgic pets this winter (or any new pet colours at all). I'm surprised that it actually is a piggy bank, but I like that it has patterns because it reminds me of those ones that you can paint, or ones that are already painted with interesting patterns.
