Aww, the first grade class at my primary school had some pet hedgehogs (though we didn’t call it first grade, we called it Blue Team...)

I just wish the pet had an actual pet treasure. Also, on my end, the text looks "cut". Like:

You know, I rarely ever take the time to look at the pet spotlights. I was like, pfff, okay, a pet named Toby. Then I was like ... okay, that's a cute scribble pet. I'll take a peek, sure, why not?
