The otherworldly light fades from the Mage’s eyes as he regains his composure. You’ve managed to fight the spirit off again, but for how long? Several people rush in to tend to his wounds, but the Mage waves them off and looks directly at you.

An army… that’s what… she wants. Revenge for… something. Saherimos. That… is her end goal. But she is going to try something terrible first. We can’t…

The Shadowglen forest rumbles all around you, the sound becoming a loud menacing roar. Suddenly, a Possessed Mystical Root bursts violently from the ground, twisting hungrily towards the Cash Shop.

as far as who's next, it's either Melody like @Alcremie said (during Luminaire, how evil!!) or someone who is ALSO vengeful against Shinwa (since poor old Shinwa is kind of the magnet for just about everything evil on this site)... assuming "she" isn't one of them already, could the next target be Merana or even Maleria herself? Merana's been awfully quiet since she busted out of her confinement in the Omen Islands...
unless I'm completely off base and "she" is actually after say... the Wizard or the Oracle. or maybe the crystals under the desert?

Absolutely love it! I'm currently playing Remnant from the Ashes and the "root" is a big part of it. So was awesome to see this!

So does this mean this will be the "root" color of the Anyu!!!??? Pllleeasse!!!?? Having a "Root" pet like that would be astounding!
