The restocking method has been altered a little. Overall rarer items should restock more often (and new items should restck more commonly as well)

yay, some mid-range stuff barely stocked, making newer items stock more often is a BRILLIANT idea!
Ooh, excellent. <3 I always thought it was a bit weird that r45-70 in particular stocked so little. XD
