Spells Galore has opened shop in the Sacred Lands.
I'd personally advise collecting as many of these ingredients as you can.

A new store, nice <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif border=0> I wonder what the ingredients will be used for. It's mad trying to restock in there now though, everything sells out within the first minute they appear.
