Is it normal for Quentin to ask for holiday items??? my last 3 quests have been for them :(

There mage amulets do not drop more frequently when Quentin hosts the weekend quest.
I'm not complaining. I do Quentin quests only for the mage amulets anyway. :)

Oh, thank you for clarifying. I knew of the amulets although oddly did not get one today
but have never seen Quentin give out Subeautique items before.
Do you know if that is an every day possibility and I’ve just always had awful luck …. or is it only because they are the weekend quest?
