Those of you not familiar with the event, I'll summarize. A user was warned for advertising in trades and had me review the warning. Only then was it realized that besides a FAQ our lovely Cara made... the rule isn't actually posted anywhere. Keith (YAY KEITH) has now changed this and posted it for the users.
Because of this, all warnings for advertising in the trades made BEFORE 5/7/06 should be disregarded.

You know... I think it was in one of Bob's vanished stickies too, now that I really think about it...
Yes, but saying it wasn't posted anywhere wasn't accurate, and it was said to disregard the warnings for it on all users, even the ones who did it deliberately after it was posted.
Debi, we can't actually expect new users to know it. That's the point.
Actually, I believe that it was posted in the News at one point.
Better than saying "UAs and all other staff that are modding the site" =P
We're not Moderators..duh lol. I added it to the FAQ in the help section also.
