you gotta buy them from users shops or at the trading post. Earlier you could get them by clicking on ballons but that event is finish now

I have no idea if we can still get it, I'd like to know too because I have a few friends who weren't on during the celebration. I know I was really lucky, I decided myself to open a goodie bag just a few minutes before it ended and I was lucky to get the avatar with my first bag <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_happy.gif border=0>

I keep opening goodie bags and nothing, haven't gotten anything from teh balloons themselves either. My sis got hers from opening her first bag, grrr. Really want that avie? Will it retire forever after today, I'd hate to not get it, esp since it is so based on luck

I got mine opening one of the goodie bags. So your not really wasting your Sp. Its obviously just random.

It doesn't have anything to do with the bag, so don't waste your sp. I got mine from popping a balloon and getting a regular item (a plushie). I'm guessing it is random when popping a balloon.
