A reminder about something we've discussed a few times and I assumed we drew a conclusion to:
It was recently decided (and by recently, I mean a few months ago) that other languages would be allowed in profile comments and smails only. I informed a user as such. I was then shocked to see a user mail me and say they got an event yelling at them for using other languages in profile comments. When I went to their user notes, I was even more shocked to see that whoever verballed him didn't mark it in his notes, yet he swears it was very recently.
This isn't the first time I've gotten similar complaints. So, let's all pay extra special attention to the new rule boards we're reviewing, yes? (And PLEASE, if you verbal or warn for anything, mark it in the user's notes, with what they said/did).

Also, when David added the verbal warnings it was said that it wasn't necessary to necessarily always note in the users notes the specifics, as the verbal warning system is just a simpler more automated way of giving a verbal warning as we used to at the time of the incident, which no one else would necessarily have seen or be aware of the specifics of either. That's why it doesn't go to the User Notes after you give one like an Official Warning does; if you go to make a note after giving a Verbal Warning it would end up being in the Official Warning space.
