I think I'm getting the opposite of that "grow on you" effect... the more I stare at the chibi the more I miss the old one. And I did like it a moment ago.

Okay, I do actually like the new look. Not so much the normal antlephores and such... their coloring is nice but their heads are... meh. Whatever to them. 
 
But personally, I wish the incredibly huge eye on the chibi was either the same size as the other eye or atleast just a little smaller. I don't like the huge eye little eye contrast... it's bugging me. It's like he's got one of those ridiculous eyeglass things... and since the chibi is really all that matters to me I was hoping that eye could be changed? Then my Farid wouldn't look so darn freaky. He was my favorite chibi before, and I can't say I entirely hate him now. The coloring makes me think reindeer. 
 
I still prefer the older chibi version, but I don't entirely hate this one. And I can see where the old chibi wouldn't fit in with the revamp. The other was cuter in my opinion, but I can deal with this I suppose... more so if its face wasn't so off.

OMG! The Chibi one is decent but the rest are hideous. I loved the old ones, and I am just thankful that the spectrum ones aren't changed for now. I would have liked a poll so that if it went through, I would have been prepared.

Antlephores have always been my favorite pet. The old one was the one I originally fell in love with, but I like this new version too ^^ They look so pretty, like reindeer or something. <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif border=0> And I'm glad the blank stare was kept, because that's one of the reasons they're my favorite pet. The expression is exactly like this smiley expression thing: o__o 
 
I like the Chibi. So little and cute ^^ *hugs it*

I only hve an arid one but i dont like the new patterns on it. ill need to revamp his design now. ;-------; other than that i like most of the anatomy,special the rib area, exept the hooofffiiieesss, those look odd.

Holy... I never thought I'd like an Antlephore. The old ones were so flat and not very well drawn... this is AMAZING. I can't even begin to comprehend why so many people are against it. How could you object? It's just adding anatomy and detail to the existing pet. I seriously can't stop staring at it. <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_heart.gif border=0>

actually i like the short neck - long legs look on em it makes em look more reindeer like .. and thats what drew me to em in the first place.. I didnt like the old look but when i saw these i just had to have one..

Ok, after looking at it a bit more it's starting to somewhat grow on me. I still liked the second revamp a bit more, but I will admit this one is a bit more realistic looking. 
I still wish the neck was a bit longer though, but I adore the antlers XD

Honestly, I liked the second revamp a bit better. To me, the short neck looks a bit odd on this one. 
This one isn't bad, but I kind of got an antlephore originally because I was really into the second revamp and thought all of them would originally be changed into that revamp. 
 
I'm really, really hoping my spectrum antlephore doesn't change at the moment, because I love the look and pose of it at the moment and would be a bit sad if it changed.

._. I really REALLY liked the old ones... The new look is nice too, but I still like old look a lot more. T_T'' I'll make Orifiel angelic so he can have the old look for at least a little while longer..

I didn't have much canvas space to use with this guy, so it was either have a long neck or long legs. I chose the legs. xD

Rajani did a wonderful job with this revamp, it's very cute :3 
 
I just kinda wish they had more of a neck. The feet, I don't mind, but the lack of neck kind of bugs me :/ 
 
However, the new pattern is a much needed improvement for the various color schemes.

It looks a little weird, but then again, the Antlephore looks weird no matter what. 
I do like the shading and the coloring in it. It actually gives it a life-like quality, instead of walking paper. 
 
I do not like the hooves, however. The look funny XD Like little mini feet. It made me wonder for a moment if the Antlephore suddenly came back from ancient China after getting it's feet bound at birth. 
A bit of an extreme explanation of it... but that's how they look! Poor thingy, no wonder it has that expression on it's face. It's feet hurt like h311. lol. 
 
Well, I never ever even thought of getting one, and I never will. I'm just throwing out general comments. 
The comments that should be heard and taken into consideration are the people who have one, and wanted to get one.

I dunno, I just painted Lustre Chibi. I wish I'd known about the revamp and I would have waited. I don't really like the new version. Same reason I'm waiting to paint my Torrent Graveyard--I don't know if I'll like the revamp!

Honestly ... I usually don't comment on most issues, topics, etc ... However, this I will say: I understand the need for change and sometimes change is hard to adjust to. Although there were multiple versions of the pet, it would have been better to do a poll. :s If the user's were given a bit of a voice on the matter the revamp would be accepted with much more grace than shock. 
 
Some of the new antlephores look ok. However, some of the others ... I don't know. 
 
IMHO they were fine the way they were.

yeah no offense but now i have 10 antlephores ive spent soooo much sp on and I really don't like them as much.. It kinda depressed me a lot when I saw them. I just.. loved my old antlephores.. -misses all of them being so... i dunno the way I loved them..- I mean the new is ok but just the old was amazing to me. I honestly don't think this required a poll. The new one is just perfect. It now fits in with the new and improved standard of art on Subeta (which may I add, is of superb quality), as well as keeping the personality and stance of the old antlephore. 
 
Personally, I love the chibi and I love the colours of all the revamps. Just fantastic. I was rajani's fan before... but now even more so xD

Oh, and I do miss the old color of the horns for the arid one. I dont mind the pink antlers that much though. 
 
The original color will live on in my heart forever! Right next to the pink ones!

I love my arid one twice as much now, and thats saying alot because it was my second favorite before the update. Sorry bllodred anju. There is a new favorite in town.

Wow o_O! I wasn't expecting this. I've always loved the Antlephore and the idea of revamping them was upsetting to me but this is perfection! You've managed to capture the essence of the original and yet it still looks like a brand new pet. I think the blank stare is part of it's charm. The only one I'm sad to see changed is the Arid. The original was one of only two truly black and white pets on the site. Now the Serpenth is the only one. 
 
I just wish had room to create one. Subeta has too many great pets and not enough slots.

At first I was a bit shell-shocked, to tell the truth. I've been waiting for the versions to be sorted out, but I didn't quite expect a total redraw. I love the normal colors, but I'm not so sure how I feel about the Chibi. I think my issue is that the feel it gives off is really different than the old one, and it doesn't quite fit the personality of my pet. It's a lovely revamp, though, so I'm so not going to complain about it. (Nevermind that I just did.) 
 
Revamp all the colors now, because Camille might just have to change colors. (But certainly not species, because Antlephores are amazing.)

Woah... I never thought I'd like any Antlephore revamp, but this is very nice! It keeps the character and expression of the old one without exaggerating the... um, new-ness? And the chibi is adorable <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_grin.gif border=0> *tilts head* 
 
Maybe I'm weird, but I'd sort of like the spectrum one to stay as it is. <img src=/images/smilies/smiley_xface.gif border=0> At least keep the cute sprawly-butt seated pose and nifty soft blended coloration, maybe?

This is so awesome. I love how it looks fantastic artistically, but it also kept the cartoony characteristic of the old one that might have upset some if done away with.

I guess I'm referring more to the chibi one.. At least on the left front leg the hoof looks a bit too round, there appears to be no point on the ends. But it doesn't bother me too much since I won't be getting the chibi one. I do adore everything else though. The lineart is superb <img src=/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif border=0> Can't wait to see the angelic and spectrum ones.

And deer hooves do look round and blobby, white-tailed deer at least. I do believe it gives them better traction when running through dense forests.

I really liked the old one a lot better, although the art for this one is great. The antlephore used to be my dream pet. I guess I have to change another of my dream pets. (the other one I had to change was the angelic otter.)
