1 Month Gold Account Medal










As there appears to be some confusion regarding what to do if you order from the Cash Shop and your order never arriving, I will explain the steps you should take.







If you order from the Cash Shop and never receive your order, smail me(User not found: xprimaleyesx) and include the following information:





-What item you are missing or did not recieve







-The exact purchase date







-The email address used to purchase your order (the one attached to your PayPal account, not your Subeta email address)







And remember, if you paid via eCheck your order will be processed in 3 - 5 business days. An eCheck occurs when you do not do an instant transfer (IE, you have no or not enough funds in your PayPal account, and you cannot instantly transfer from your bank account/credit card).







Please, do not smail me a receipt unless otherwise requested, as I do not accept these as proof of purchase. I need only the three things listed above. Once I verify your order, I will process it.









And please, do not smail any other staff member unless otherwise requested. They will simply explain that you need to sMail User not found: xprimaleyesx.





Please be patient. Most of your orders will be added within a few hours of me recieving the receipt. However, there are a large number of missing orders due to server changes, and many of these smails are missing information, were sent multiple times, or are written very unclearly, which increases the amount of time needed to process the order. Please be as clear and concise as possible when explaining your order situation to me.
