They look lovely! I really like the fullness of the mane. They definitely needed an update. 
 
I'm a little dissapointed that the field demi lost the really pretty turquoise/gem-toned green it had going on though; it was the prettiest field pet. However, I think the overall revamp is a huge improvement design-wise.

Nestly: I actually like the new cream color better. XD I do like the general yellowy, creamy color better, but this new brownish color suits the Demi very well. And some of you complainers will learn to adapt.. I hope. :3 
 
I think the reason for the change was, the original cream color was too close to the common color? XD Whatever; looks awsome. Quite a B-E-A-utiful shade.

This is MUCH, MUCH better than the old Demi. The old Demi had a nice expression, but the anatomy on it was HORRIBLE and it didn't look like a canine at all, but now you can actually tell it's canine. n_n Much love to the artist.

I will admit I kind of don't like the position of the new demi. It just seems very stiff to me, so I'm still a bit iffy on it, but otherwise in terms of art the style of shading is beautiful. 
 
I'm still a bit more attached to my old demi though, but I"ll get used to this one in time.

I must admit I'll miss the cute innocent look of the old Demi. (Childish look being the reason why I choose to adopt a Demi in the first place, since it fit its character's personality.)
