Well, the first thing that occured to me *was* indeed the Gym Vending Machine. But I didn't put that as my answer, because I did not understand how it could have anything to do with doubling the lines. I figured I missed something somewhere, and kept searching Subeta and the DB to no avail, and ran out of time to answer at all. Hmmm. Was the doubling lines just to be cute and humorous and confusing? XD

For the gym vending machine - it was in 2 parts.
The first was about losing a shoe and MAYBE getting a stat gain because its a gamble. The second was to use a coin and DEFINITELY gain a stat for your pet.

The last one was the gym vending machine because when you go there with shoes/boots in your inventory and kick it you will 1. lose the shoes and 2. gain or lose stat points for your pet.

For all the folks saying how easy the new trivia is, it's not really that easy. I can see how a lot of folks would have trouble with it. I don't think it was easy, even tho it took me less than 10 minutes of thinking and figuring to get the answer.

It does exist under the subetax domain. The URL in Centropolis still refers you to subeta.org. You just had to change it yourself.

The gym vending machine will give or take away stats (normally take away) if you hit "kick the vending machine" on the bottom. You have to have a shoe (socks might work, I forget) in your inventory to kick it with though, and the shoe disappears.
