Eee... I lurve him. I realize that he isn't 'officially' Harry Potter, the little owl still reminds me of all the messed up owls Ron's had over the years...
Well, it's called Asio because to quote wikipedia: "The genus Asio contains the eared owls, which are characterised by feather tufts on the head which have the appearance of ears." ^.^ Although I do like the implication of Accio, there's copyright that prevents that.
The name reminds me of "Accio Brooms!" or.. some other HP thing. And Hedwig. Of course. -coughhack- xD
